Lemon Juice

Americana

1.5 oz Bully Boy White Rum
4 oz Orange Crush
Slice of lime
Stir and add ice.

B & T

1.5 oz Bully Boy White Rum
Add ice
Top with 4 oz of tonic
Squeeze and garnish with a lime wedge

The Grinch (Compliments of Beer Works)

Bully Boy White Rum
Bully Boy White Whiskey
Sour Apple Pucker
Midori
Ginger Beer
Mint
Fresh Cranberries

Ron Collins

2 oz Bully Boy White Rum
1 teaspoon of sugar or .75 oz of simple syrup
1/3 oz of Lime or Lemon Juice
2 oz soda water
Add ice, stir, insert a straw and do what feels natural.
*heat two tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of water until the sugar dissolves
Float a few dashes of Angostura bitters on the surface of the drink to create a "Bitter Ron".

Sally's Tea

1.5 oz Bully Boy White Rum
4 oz Iced Tea
1 oz lemonade
Add six mint leaves, stir, and add ice.

Classic Mojito

Muddle ten mint leaves in a tumbler
2 oz Bully Boy White Rum
2 teaspoons sugar or 3/4 oz simple syrup
.5 oz of lime juice
Add ice and top with soda water

Clear and Sunny

1.5 oz Bully Boy White Rum
.25 oz Lime Juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Add ice and top with 2 oz of ginger beer

The Jean Harlow

2 oz Bully Boy White Rum
2 oz Sweet Vermouth
Stir. Add one big cube of ice.
Garnish with a lemon peal

Bull Moose

1.5 oz Bully Boy White Rum
2 oz White Grapefruit juice
Stir, and add ice.
Top with 2 oz of tonic

Cajun Lemonade

2 oz of Bully Boy White Rum
.75 oz of Pimm's
.5 oz simple syrup
.25 oz lemon juice
Stir, add crushed ice.
Top with 7-Up.
Float three drops of Tobasco

The Gelding

2 oz Bully Boy White Rum
.25 oz lime juice
.25 oz grenadine
Add ice and top with 4-5 oz of ginger ale

The Big Stick (compliments of Island Creek Oyster Bar)

2 ¼ oz. Bully Boy White Rum
¾ oz. Raw Sugar Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
3 drops absinthe
Pour over ice, drain into a chilled lowball glass
Garnish with a long lime twist

Bully Boy Daiquiri (from Jim Garrels at Pi Pizzeria on Nantucket)

2½ oz. Bully Boy White Rum
Splash Luxardo Marachino Liquer
Splash Cherry Heering
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Splash of Grapefruit Juice
½ teaspoon Sugar
Shaken, Served Straight Up

Drink Local

1 oz Bully Boy White Rum
.5 oz sweet vermouth
.25 aperol
Dash each angostura and orange bitters
Stir, serve down, zest orange, garnish with peel

The Hail Mary

1½ oz. Bully Boy White Rum
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
½ tsp. simple syrup
Champagne or sparkling wine
Combine rum, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice
Strain into a chilled white wine glass
Top off with champagne

Issac's Punch

1.5 oz. Bully Boy White Rum
4 oz. Apple Cider
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
