American Straight Whiskey

Boulevardier

2 oz of American Straight Whiskey
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon.

Ginger Smash

2 OZ of American Straight Whiskey
3 OZ soda water
1.25 tbsp of chopped ginger
1 tbsp of sugar
5 large mint leave
Muddle mint, ginger and sugar until sugar becomes syrupy. Add American Straight Whiskey and shake for fifteen seconds. Strain into a tumbler. Add ice and soda water. Enjoy.

The Rol and Rye

1.5 oz American Straight Whiskey
1.5 oz Aperol
Stir, add ice, and top with soda water.

New Old Fashioned

Add a maraschino cherry, a lemon wheel, an orange wheel, and a lime wheele
Muddle
2 oz American Straight Whiskey
Add a teaspoon of grenadine
Four dashes Angostura bitters
Stir, add ice, and top with equal parts ginger ale and soda water.

Big Honey

1.5 oz American Straight Whiskey
.5 oz honey
Five drops orange biters (regular Angostura bitter work as well)
Stir until the honey dissolves.
Add ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with an orange twist.

A(S)W

Muddle an orange wheel
1.5 oz American Straight Whiskey
4 oz A & W Root Beer
Add ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.
